Just doesn't make sense. Do we pay them for us to advertise their brand or do they pay us to advertise their brand. I've never heard of any team in any sport getting a shirt sponsor deal and then owing them money, never mind it happening twice. Only thing I can think of is the club shop merchandise we shift on. Not great news.

Wouldn't Under Armour be your kit manufacturer? So if you do in fact owe them money it would surely be for the manufacturing of the kits rather then sponsor money? |
