Tomkins in for Lee, Tasi will come back into start, moving Griffin back to the bench. Start Walne back at 2nd row to replace Ashurst. Dixon probably pushing back near to full fitness too.

| I reckon Ashurst & Lee will probably get a ban, Griffin should be ok. I'd swap Lee with Tomkins & Tasi with Ashurst. Meli however is a waste of space on the bench hopefully Locke will be back!

| Let's wait and see what the outcomes are before we start claiming the victims. In recent weeks both Tasi and Hock have deserved their punishments, on review Griffin, Ashurst and Lee may well do too.
Griffin should be ok though, players shouldn't be punished for bust ups like yesterday. Lee depending on the seriousness of his challenge might be in trouble although at first glance yesterday it looked fine and as if he turned his back on Burns. I didn't see the Ashurst one at all and assume nobody else did so we can't go slating the RFL just yet.

| You have to admit , ever since Salford's improved form & the Chairmens outspoken criticism of the governing body.
a increase in retrospective charges from Video by the RFL on our players ,
are they paying as much attention to other games videos as ours?

| Looks like Griffin will get no ban if he submits the early guilty plea, Ashurst 1 game and Lee will probably end up with two.

I agree that we should wait and see with regards what happens to the three players involved,I do however find it strange that Jamie Peacock hasn't been called up after the way he grabbed the Castleford players throat(Dorn?) for a while after the incident between Dorn and Sinfield.

| Matty Ashurst one match ban reduced to zero on EGP.
Josh Griffin ditto.
Tommy Lee one match ban for each offence. Not sure if they run concurrently or consecutively.
Could have been worse.

| Lee decision is probably fair. If you take off your red-tinted glasses and look at it, it's clearly a shoulder charge. His arms never come up to facilitate a tackle. It's a bit harsh to give him a ban for punching as it was in retaliation and only once.
We'll miss his graft on Friday that's for sure.
