Give credit to Malc Alker this week. I have it on good authority that lasts weeks magnificent win at Wakefield was the first time that Shaun McCrae had allowed Malc to do the game plan for that match. Is it only coincidence that we end up with our biggest winning margin under the McCrae regime?. Some are all to quick to knock Malc so lets give credit where it is due and give him a bit of praise come what may on Friday. Malc is now in the position of having to do the work of three men with McCrae on the sick and Phil Veivers back in Oz for a family emergency. So come on lets give Malc some support!!

Is it only a coincidence that we played the only team as bad as us hence the large margin. A team decimated by the affects of administration. A team full of virtually untried youngsters.

Club Launched a brand new Website though not perfect ( or complete ) knocks spots off the old one

We go away to Wakefield where we haven't won for well over 5 years and win by the biggest margin in the last 3 years in SL.

One of the UK's wealthiest Bookies commits to sponsoring the Club and the famous Shed Terrace.

No I don't believe one person will single handedly turn around the fortunes of our great club , in the same way I / you shouldn't believe any set back backs or losses are the result of one man.
It's a combined effort , and I'm afraid that includes us too , so I think it's about time we ( myself included ) realise the effect we have / are having , and be just a bit more positive . That should start on Friday where we should leave the players and coaching staff in no doubt that we are 100% behind them, then maybe , just maybe they will respond ..

Acid test for Alker will surely be the next 4 weeks!
Wakey are average at best, i think alker has not been exposed to enough high grade quality coaching to hack it as a head in SL.
When PV gets back who will be the acting head him or Alker?

Listen pal if you don't like the situation at the club then don't bother coming again you moaning git, we get our first win and you still find fault in that giving Wakefield excuses.
You know that was the same Wakefield side who beat Catalans in France, and more recently Catalans were the team who last week convincingly beat Hull KR at Craven park, I’m sick to death of all the bad attitudes on here just what is the point? It doesn’t help anything what so ever, we should be positive with everything that’s happening at our great club (stadium construction starting, Mr. Done’s sponsorship deal for the Shed) not dark negative pointless moaning which doesn’t help anybody fans or club officials, the more positive the fans are the quicker it will transfer onto the field and help spur on the lads!

You know as much as it pains me to say some Salford fans on here are starting to sound like Manchester City fans, nothings ever good enough for them even now a billionaire has taken over the club there still the same and its getting the same with some Salford fans to, if we were offered this position 4/5 years ago with the stadium progression and current squad we all would of been very happy. People forget we still have a lot of young lads down at the willows, in a couple of years those young lads are going to blossom into great players, we just have to bide our time, for the first time in years we have the makings of a really good team, we just have to stick with them and support them, you know like real fans do!
