| Daniel Holdsworth's arrival at SCR has obviously just about kept our season intact.
He's inspired the team to some great wins, kept the fans interest alive and committed himself for a few more seasons.
Got to give the guy credit for a couple of things, namely the god awful weather he discovered in January when he arrived, and the facebook fiasco that followed.
In all honesty, I was surprised that he hung around. Others haven't and wouldn't.
It seems that he was instrumental in the decision of Luke Patten to join us next season, the question is :
HAS HE GOT WILLY MASON'S MOBILE NUMBER ? 
Now that would be a crowd puller of a signing ! |

[iWillie Mason "You could say it's now a two-horse race between Hull KR and Huddersfield. Bradford, Salford and Catalans were also mentioned to me, but I'd say it's between those two.[/i
Money better spent elsewhere , besides I remember some conflict between Mason & his Canterbury team mates prior to him leaving to North Queensland .

According to the interview on Rugby League Extra last night , he's had problems with for some time , but got worse after the Bradford game.
Gives an opportunity for Marc Sneyd - Lewis Palfrey , Think Ratchford is in for a op on his shoulder too ? |

What is it about Salford when ever we sign somebody, give them a long term contract within weeks they are out for months injured and we only get 50% of them altogether, in the past two years alone, we have had Talau, Ratchford, Cashmere, Parker, Holdsworth and thats just off the top of my head.

| Big name players attract big name players. Thankyou DJ, and lets hope the bond you both have as friends rubs off on the playing field. As individually both are very good classy players to have at our club for the next 3 seasons. 
Lets hope the pair of them can attract further big names to our club. They are also very good marketing tools. Hint Hint SRLFC.
The future is looking very bright indeed. |

With regards to Willie Mason, Big high profile player. But attrotiouse behavour both on and off the field.
Just another big name Ausie looking for one last final big payout in England as nobody in Aus is remotely interested in the Pr**k.
We will be better off without, KR are welcome to him.
