Rumours are Koukash will announce he is suing people for libel on Tuesday. There is of yet no proof for this though, its just rumour so cant be 100% confirmed. If he does, this could extend to comments made on social media and chat forums such as this.
I'm no legal expert but I suspect it might be advisable for anyone who has posted pejorative comments on here to remove them as soon as possible.
Like I said, I'm no legal expert so anyone with a greater understanding of defamation/slander law is welcome to leave advice below as well.

To be fair to very much almost all Salford posters, they have postedno defamatory statements: instead they reflect several calls for clarity or of concern for the image of the club. Keyboard warriors tend to be moved on by being ignored.
