Forget the game for a minute,but 3587 with cas bring 4-500 ,on the back of 2 good wins is not good enough!! Not the best weather in the world but not the worst ! No other major events on to my knowledge either,sorry i.m.o this is not good enough!! some one on here tell me that the same fixture nest season will attract at least a crowd of 5000 just because we are in a shiny new stadium!! BOLLOX ...we seriously need to start advertising,promoting and marketing the club a hell of a lot better ! or our new stadium will look like the L.S.V with2 stands open and those being half full!!
So sad to see games in our final season at our famous ground being watched by meesly crowds without the club at least trying to make an effort!! SORT IT OUT

After witnessing our fans fighting between themselves in the second half its no wonder people don't come and watch us.

And PF do you honestly think that a sky rugby game will affect our gates? Now that really is clutching at straws.

After 3 or 4 years of the worst rugby I've ever seen at the Willows it's going to take more than a couple of wins to get the crowds back through the gates!!!! Our crowds have dropped each time we were relegated form super League, we start putting some performances together over the course of a season and the crowds improve!!!! What we need to do now is go out and prove we can win a few more games, building towards that last game of the season. Things haven't exactly gone to plan, becuase the psyche of the team needs to change. When Matt Parish arrives one of his biggest challenges is to make sure the team believes in its own abilities. Maybe he should be insisting on good sports psychologist to assist him!!

This ones direct to Ave it, have you ever considered spreading the reason why you go to the Willows? Or do you just make the same negative noises that you do on this forum. If we 'the fans' spread a positive message, rather than being negative about the club, maybe the fanbase would start grow again!!!

Bottom line, having McRae in charge for the last four years left the club with very little to market. If we hadn't had three years of pure garbage, this season wouldn't feel so bad!!! We've had our fair share of downs, but we've definitely had a few high points and played some good rugby. We may not reach the play-offs, but inspite of all the that's happened off the field the team has improved and a good run-in will see crowds improve next season. The clubs future is still there to play for, and possibly a play-off spot.

Bring back P and R anyone ? , what exactly have you got to play for , from now on ?

Is Friday nght your regular home game? If so get rid and return to Sunday, that will put numbers on the gate for starters!

Friday night home games won't help the crowd. If this game would have been played this Sunday at least another 400/500 Cas fans would have come over. M62 on a Friday night is no joke.

I'm not a fan at all of Friday night games. Should only play on a Friday if you are the televised game.

I'm sick and tired of people moaning about the size of the crowd. Saints and Wigan only attracted 11,000 last night. Hardly Nou Camp proportions is it.

I'm sure that if we continue to make positive steps forward on the field, together with the new stadium we can attract more support.

I'm just happy to see the Team competing again. The scoreboard, NOT attendance figures is what counts.

Players out of contract have their contracts to play for.

There is still the play offs to play for though last night has made that more difficult.

Promotion and relegation just gives the better players the option to put their cue in the rack and wait for relegation to exercise the release clause in their contract so that they can go elsewhere. We saw that the last time we were relegated. It is the club that suffers the relegation not the better players.

The fact they can call themselves fans if thats the case is beyond me.
