| Someone who doesn't mind taking a backseat in the dressing room whenever the owner fancies a visit I guess.

| Don't think you will get anybody with the experience and respect that Tim Sheens has in world R.L.

| I don't know all the ins and outs with what went wrong with Harris and the Dr, but I felt if given time, Harris could of done a good job at Salford. If given free range. Anyway all the best to him, hope he does not come back to bite us

| Our form when Harris took over back end of last season was impressive. Aggresive defence and attacking rugby, shame we could not kick on this season. Our season was derailed after Easter, with ridiculous amount of suspensions and injuries. We seemed to be ticking over nicely till then, one for the conspirisys out there. Once is was evident our season was over, we seemed to have leas visits to red hall or did it coincide with Harris's sick leave...

Have you left the gas on?
I think I know what you're getting at, but it seems you've suffered from a literary stroke.
For me, I was not a fan of IH when he got the job, but gave him chance to change my mind and got behind him. I grew up with IH, playing alongside him at Oldham St Annes and he was always destined to be a great player. As it turned out to be. Without going into too much detail, I think the character flaws that he has, imo, don't lend themselves to being efficient in the coaching department. Of course, this is my view, and others may have contradictory ideas. I don't wish him any ill-feeling and hope he moves on to something he fits into.
I didn't think Noble was right, or Harris. So it will be interesting to see who gets it next.

Personally,I think the roles need explaining before you get anyone interested in the job..Who takes priority!
1. Head Coach
2. Director of Football
3. Owner

| I think Harris would have done well at any other club - Hopefully he will go on to do so.
Big changes are needed outside the coaching role at Salford before any coach has half a chance.

| How long will it be before the Dr falls out with his new MATE Tim Sheens.
I can not believe anything the Dr says from now on
Well lets enjoy the ride while it lasts.

No.
From my point of view I'm balanced on a knife edge with regards to consigning my life-long passion to just something I casually glance at on a sporting results website. I think I'll give Salford one more chance to change the tune of the last thirty years or so. I'm not demanding top honours or anything, I just want to see the Club progress on and off the field with no dramas. A peaceful, settled season, even if it's a poor one, would do me the world of good. Our Club is like the guy who turns-up with all the gear but has no idea, and I'm getting fed-up with it.
After thirty-odd years I've given them enough chances. They're down to their final one with me next season.

I'm with you on that one Butcher, although, due to being born and living up in God's Rightful Territories until 2006, I've suffered (only) 9 years - some folks have said that I've not known any real lows yet, that may be true, but I did watch Salford get relegated the last time, and was in the church for the Wilky speech...
For me though, the MK era has been worse than the years previous, he has single handedly torn the beating heart from this club and there's only a few strands of tissue holding it together.. It almost feels like the grieving process is trying to break through!!!!!!

| It's frankly astonishing the rate at which Salford have driven away lifelong fans in the past five years or so. There's always a natural attrition as people get older, families come along, people move, priorities change, but Salford have driven people away simply because of the horror show that the Club has been. I've seen several posts/comments in various forums now from people saying they're chucking the towel in for next season.

There's only so long you can watch a pantomime before you stop laughing at its jokes...
