One I heard yesterday from a Wakefield fan leaving the ground ( insert your own Yorkshire accent)

Obviously as a Salford fan of many years, I crave success. But we do need to get used to being a team that everyone will hate, rarely being the underdogs, and the media being desperate for us to fail.
Even though this team will take time to bed in, the "amount of money spent" will be thrown at us so often it will be boring.

Top 6 for me will be great, that's the platform for next season to go to the next level.

You just need to go on the comments section on any story posted about us on things like Love Rugby League or the Super League page and you can tick off almost every single phrase. People saying the same things over and over.

I had the Salford taxi driver - All the way to the match he talked of Salford from the 70's right the way through to the modern era. His knowledge was excellent and he didn't spout once how we used to play on a Friday night in the 80's and 90's or the 10's of thousands who turned up to watch in the 70's! He even knew of, and went to the Bramley Challenge cup game we played away in the early 80's! I was shocked of his excellent knowledge as we all know the Salford taxi driver story "I used to go when they were good" bull.

He stated that him and many of his friends and family had stopped going when we moved to Barton. He gave many plausible reasons that you just could not argue with.

There's a few in today's League Weekly you may add:

"Doc sweat"

"the Koukash clans on the "

"Dr Devil"

"expensively assembled squad was made to look"

Surely you can't include this?!

There's a Koucash mention on the Wakey board.

Can we add "Mike87/Red League" embarrassing Salford fans on opposition boards? Though if we were to link to each occasion we'd probably run out of space (and the will to live).

"Who are ya? Who are ya?" chant when try conceded/ ball dropped/ etc.

Tuneless "You've got Koukash, we've got no cash" chant from couple of scamps on the way out of the ground yesterday. Hmmm...
