| [iShannon McPherson and Ben Gledhill are both expected to be back for the clash with the Bulls this week.
The Reds need a win this week and with both these players on the park we must have a good chance of getting the two points up for grabs.

| Walne got a 2 match ban for his sending off in the U20's I presume this carries over to first team. Other than that I agree with that squad!!Maybe have marriott instead of walne in 1st team and wouldn't have gibson on the bench, put another forward on

| I too would like to see a couple of the u20's forwards get a chance, but we all know it will be the same plodders Boyle, Sidlow, Neal who get thrown in. Watching the 20's last week Adam Neal was the worst Salford player on the park, missed a couple of simple one on ones (one was a spit of the side step he fell for against Warrington the week before) and didn't really make that much ground going forward. Seen as Adam Walne is suspended I'd like to see:
1. Patten
2. Broughton
3. Gleeson
4. Moon
5. Williams
6. Holdsworth
7. Smith
8. Jewitt
9. Howarth
10. McPherson
11. Ashurst
12. Adamson
13. Wild
14. Owen
15. Marriott
16. Gledhill
17. J.Walne
Inexperienced bench I know, but we've got nothing to lose. Give Boyle and company a game in the 20's and give the youngsters a chance to prove themselves at this level. I honestly don't think it will backfire as they can't honestly be any worse. Bit harsh on Gibson missing out as I think he's done ok this season and scored quite a few tries for us, but Moon and Gleeson offer more in the centres and Broughton and Williams well they walk into most SL sides.

| Yup I agree, that would be my team as well. But as you said it will be the same plodders as PV won't take risks with selection, highlighted by the team for whitehaven!!

| For Bulls we potentially have a couple back, but we'll have to wait and see if Purtell, Lulia and Kearney make it.
Hopefully, if they shake of knocks:
Kearney
Kear
Purtell
Lulia
Platt/Pryce
BJ
Gale
Kopczak
Diskin
Hargreaves
Elima
Whitehead
Langley
Manuokafoa
L'Estrange
Burgess
Addy/Olbison
If Kearney isn't fit Kear will be at FB, if either centres are out then Platt will move to centre.
Looking forward to friday!

| Hi, I'm coming over on Friday and was just wondering about parking? Was thinking of heading to the Trafford Centre first and I've heard something about a bus service from the centre to the ground and was wondering where you caught that from and how regularly it runs etc.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks
Ellen

| I'd be tempted to give howarth a rest as I think he's struggled a bit in recent games. I'd start with Owen with Sneyd on the bench moving smith up to hooker when sneyd comes on for Owen to have a spell

| Big game on Friday, if we lose it's season over. If we can we win and close the gap on Bradford then it keeps our slim hopes of reaching the playoffs alive for another week at least. If we lose, then the confidence of the players and fans will be badly knocked and I fear for the second half of the season. Massive game for us hopefully we'll deliver

| Here's the 19-man squad, and sadly nothing's changed, the U-20's lads waits continue.
Patten, Boughton, Gleeson, Moon, Williams, Holdsworth, Smith, Jewitt, Howarth, Neal, Ashurst, Adamson, Wild, Sidlow, Paleaaesena, Boyle, Nero, Owen,James.
How James has kept his place in the squad amazes me!
