Great 1st half but the try from HKR just before HT could be a killer.

Superb rugby for the 1st try, a joy to watch.

1st half played at Cup tie pace which I'm sure will affect the pace & the power of 1 team come the end of the game.
Hopefully won't be us.

There might be something in that - Hull KR seem to have started the second half a lot better

3 tries in quick succession turns the game around again.
We seem to play better on the fly than set moves.
Getting dizzy here with the twists & turns.

gutted,first game missed in over a year,sounded a great performance,no respect from kr fans on radio and on line though!!1same old same old,,,we should be beating teams like salford!!

Absolutely awesome tonight, words cannot describe how much better that performance was compared to our first 2 or 3 matches. Asides from a 10 minute spell after HT our defence was brilliant and the enthusiasm in which we chucked the ball around and drove into their forward line was so refreshing. Well done lads!

That was unbelievable. What a performance. Every player was brilliant. Half the team missing, two teenage props and we still won with plenty to spare. Fantastic defence and some of the best tries I've ever seen us score, can't wait to see them again

.......so how the hell did the sponsors manage to nominate Dan Holdsworth as MOM when everyone could see just how immense Patten was tonight? Im not saying that Dan didn't play well but for me, the General was at the heart of everything we did tonight, that reverse one handed throw pass as he was tackled for Gleeson to score was incredible!

sensational, Luke pattern was by far the best player on the pitch, the whole team played well, no fluke, I eat my words I did not think we could play that well.

Most pleasing part of tonight's game, how we came back when they scored 3 try's, more of the same please!!

You'll have to go a very long way to see a try as good as that first one for Salford tonight, awesome vision and support play. Sheer class from Patten to create a try from nothing for Gleeson when it seemed he was going to get caught in possession on the last tackle.

Terrific performance all round from Salford. Thought the Wigan game was an improvement on the performance against Saints but tonight was another level altogether.

General Patten we who stand behind the sticks salute you, one word springs to mind Awesome

You're not alone in thinking that about Patten, though credit does have to go to every player.

Hard to not get carried away too much by that performance but I really hope it's a sign of things to come for the season.
