Just been announced we (hull fc) have signed him from next year.
What's he like? What's his best position? Obviously don't get to see him much so want to know what you think?

Really, first we have headrd about him wanting to leave, are you lot paying as he it still in contract with us.
Likes to play Stand off or Back row but not seen much of him this year, was very good in NL1 last season but seems to have been found out a little at SL level, but if he gets his favourite position he may well turn out good. Salford Supporters Trust (Forever Reds) sponsored him since he broke into the first team and during his time in the academy so I believe Hull owe us some money for allowing his development to what he is today.

Yeah, we have to pay you compensation as he is under 22 according to the article I have read. Don't know how much it will be.

Good business again by Salford, we have already got 200k for Myler who we paid virtually nothing for, now Turner has gone and I reckon we will get around 15-20k for him (because he is under 22) and he came through our academy so we paid nothing for him. Besides I don't think he can cut it at loose in the Super League, he isn't a centre and realistically in the Super League his only position is stand off, so I can't see him playing much for Hull, but good luck to him.

Good Luck to Jordan at Hull.
Never the same player since that head injury at Batley last year.
Dont know his best position but would say loose or SO is where he is best suited.
Sad to see a player who has come through the ranks go, but we have much better than him IMHO.

Turner is a very good player as long as you can keep him away from his agent. In his mind he has been a Hull player since about May and his performances have shown that. He has shown a very poor attitude and I pity those who have to coach him and others like him.

Our game is in danger of melt down with all these transfers every year. No one seems to see out their contract these days and the frenzy starts way before the season ends. I think we need a transfer window which does not start until after the last game of the regular season. That way players cannot have their heads turned mid way through the season and will be focussed on what they get paid for... PLAYING SODDING RUGBY.

Seen him since he was 11.

Good with ball in hand and give him a sniff of an opening ... try time.

Tackling weak; but if he has heart (he has) this can be improved. It really needs to be. He sometimes impresses but frequently misses.

Played for Waterhead in a good side and the above stood out then.

I wish him good luck but hope he has a nightmare everytime he plays against us! ha Really cant see where he is going to play for Hull? I wonder if he spits his dummy out there if he doesn't play in his prefered position.

Have you seen Rich Horne play this year? I reckon I could get a game on this years form. If it's true he can play so, lf or centre then I'd imagine he'd be the utility back we've been after. Can't see him being first choice though. IMO we have 2 stand offs better, 3 13's better and 4 centres better.
