| Looking at the remaining fixtures who do you think will take the 7th/8th league positions?
Hull FC,Hull KR and Castleford are still in the Challenge Cup which could be an advantage for ourselves.
My Prediction
Hull FC 7th
Salford 8th
I can see Castleford dropping off in the next 5/6 games. That's the only reason they aren't in there.
Does anyone else besides me think we will finish in the playoffs?, with Matt Parish coming in it surely will give us an end of the season boost!

| Don't think we can muster the wins together out of those remaining games. Didn't realise how tough the run in was until now.

| Leeds have shown this season that they are beatable and it might well coincide with Parrish's arrival. An upset could be on the cards. Wigan, well surely we are due a win? Huddersfield at home you never know, we've done it before.

| The next four games are all winnable in theory, although I'd only actually expect us to beat Harlequins and possibly nick a win at Hull KR.
I think we're perfectly capable of beating Hull and Leeds if we played well too, but expecting us to win 4/4 is unrealistic.

| Hope I'm wrong but I can only see us winning 3 of those remaining fixtures and it may not even be the 3 most people would think.

| i think we could win 5 matches
think we will beat Harlequins and i reckon we will nick one out of the hulls and i think with the new gaffer arriving we will be up for leeds and huddersfield and think we should beat cats at home so you never know it just depends on what salford side turn up

| Veivers deserves great credit for holding it all together I expected the season to collapse into a tail spin whilst we were waiting for the new coach.

| Probably left it too late for the playoffs looking at the run in. Lost too many winnable home games.

| Ouch, our run in gets very tough after the Harlequins game. Trips to either Hull side are never easy. Could maybe see an upset against Leeds or Hudds, but little else. Think we've left ourselves with too much to do.

| We should beat Quins and Cats at home and we spring one or two upsets if we are lucky. So that gives us a max of 4 wins for me. Cas would only need to win 2 of theirs (plus a draw to be certain) to stay in the 8 above us. I reckon they'll win at least 4 of their remaining games so that leaves it between us, Bradford and Hull for 8th place. Hull seem to be finding some form at the right time, Bradford seem to be having a very similar season to us so I reckon with the 2 points lead that makes Hull favourites.
If we can get a win at the KC though it could be very different.....

Away : 5wins 4losses
I think we will easy beat Quins next week, Leeds are beatable, Huddersfield aren't the same side now without Danny Brough also the last game at The Willows surely the lads will be up for that one.
I'm Praying for 3/4 wins in the last few games at The Willows.
I think its going to go down to the final day. Come On You Reds!

| all of the last 8 games are winnable, equally they are all easy to lose.
I am going for 100% as long as the playing field is level and all the team play as well as they can
which is a lot better than last night when our kicking game went west.

| It would appear our run in is going to be too tough to make the play offs!!!
On the other hand. The club, the team and the players could exercise a large number of its demons by making it to the play offs. Like, we struggle to pick up wins against Leeds, Huddersfield were our bogey team for a while, in the past we've expected Bradford to give us a thumping, we've found it tough in hull and we can't win three on the bounce!!! Most don't even consider salford good enough for the play offs.
If the we could string a few results together, and possibly make the play offs. The club would leave the Willows and start at Barton on a high. There are plenty of winnable games still left, can we manage it???
I'm just looking forward to getting back in time for the Leeds game.
