this is smithy 68 last ever post , i have really enjoyed posting and having some good chats and arguments with yous all but as promised before the wigan cup game ,i said if we lost i would not post again , the dreams did not come true , i honestly thougt we would get to wembley , still never mind always next year , as long as we all keep the faith , to all the fans i have meet along the way , i will see yous at away games , to ave it , yorkshire red , bob and that old bird that goes with yous cheers , to fungus the muffin man we never had the semi dream , to alll those that supported me when the old gaurd was moaning cheers , leo murphy your no 1 , john in the ashley your the best salford fan i have ever known , and to anyone i have missed especially the walkden firm MANY THANKS  KEEP THE FAITH |

I'd like to apologise for my Son and his "one track" filthy mind, he surely hasn't got this stuff from me (probably his Mother's side of the family........PROBABLY).
Since he's moved even further North and he cannot sleep because it's light all the bloody time he's been obsessed with SEX.
It hasn't done much for his sleep patterns but as his Mum said to me the other day, " at least he'll be getting his money's worth out of his "flashing mac" that we got him for his last birthday!
I don't know.......................kids today
