Is it just me who feels that he'd be a good signing for a year then? Watched him plenty on TV this year & never thought he's looked past it. Still I suppose that being a regular for the team that'll finish 2nd in the league, reached the CC semi final & will possibly be contesting the GF isn't good enough to qualify you to play for Salford these days

Cracking signing for a year as long as the fire is still burning. Most Warrigton fans will tell you they'd rather keep him for another 12 months.

Correct, he's a good signing.

Hodgson is still one of Warrington's best players, he is still very fit and he makes good decisions on the field, he positions himself well, comes in to the attack at the right time to be a threat, good goalkicker, he's old but still probably will be one of the top 2/3 fullbacks in SL next year.

Also I have to say with Hodgson on pound for pound toughness he is up with the likes of Dean Bell.

Aren't we supposed to have signed Jake Mullaney from Parramatta? If so, we couldn't sign Hodgson because that would leave us with too many 'non-federation trained' players wouldn't it?
