Attended the forum tonight, thought Brian Noble was inspirational. Both MK & BN said we needed to get fans engaged back with the club.
Came away buzzing starting to believe, MK said the Hanson deal should be concluded in the next 48 hours bring it on.

Yes well attended, Garth Owen, Andrew Dixon, Will Hope, Alex Davidson. A lot of the marketing team were there. Very positive lot of work going on with reference to marketing.
Told the days of the free tickets were in the past, need to sell the club, gave away 40,000 free tickets last season, yes hard to believe.
Pleading with fans to introduce new fans wants to make the launch something to remember. Marketing launch was going to start a month before the season big push.
Were to play Leigh & Warrington away in friendly games did not want any played at home until D Day on the 16th of February.
Noble talked a lot about bring the younger players through, the players attending were buzzing about how much they were learning off the new players.
Great time to be a Salford fan

The club has a very poor image and people don't want to be associated. The only way for that to change is the club to get to Wembley or the Grand Final, plus some serious relentless marketing. Then the region will consider embracing us. There is also a dead in the wood football mentality in Salford. I'd imagine 40 years ago Salford truly was a rugby league city? The club needs to 'go back' in a sense to those days.

Yes I agree the club does need to do some serious marketing but there is a lot we as fans can do do get people in to see the games. How many people do we know that have given up because it's harder to get there or unhappy with the way the team are performing?
We can talk to those people and convince them that it's worth giving the new regime another chance. Take along a friend or friend of one of your kids to show them the difference on Feb 15th and get a great crowd for the new Red Devils!!

After attending last nights meeting I left with the impression that no stone will be left unturned to prevent us being a force in the game. Both Marwan and Nobby spoke really well about the mind shift at the club on both the business and playing side.
We now also have some cracking entertaining players to go and watch who will only get better as the season goes on.
Let's do our bit as fans to help out OUR club. Let's have positivity from now on

Yes, I went last night, thought it was really good. The point brought up about the ground being difficult to access and exit, if the team are winning and playing a good exciting brand of rugby people will go.
Even with good access, exit getting 10 to 12 thousand people away would take time, look at Wigan
