We have always had people who come on here to do nothing but annoy, antagonise and upset but the current crop are Masters at it, so good in fact that this will be my last post (except for keeping Eric's prediction league limping along for this season). I can't stand any longer to see people who obviously have an agenda destroy this forum, I partially blame the moderators as they have had ample opportunity over the last few months to rescue this but have done nothing, anything that is now done will be a case of closing the stable door just to late.
The guilty parties know who they are and they will have to come on here knowing they have cost this forum another regular contributor and in many ways cheapened the legacy of what many people over the years have strived to create.
I also expect (though won't see) that the self same guilty parties will now post about Cliques, infringements of the AUP and conspiracy theories, all which is utter fantasy. I refer to 'Our Kyd' The Butcher but to the best of my knowledge we have never met, his Dad is one of the most missed on here (again driven away by the standard of trolling) and other people who are supposedly part of the Clique I wouldn't know if I passed them in the
Street.
I guess I just want to thank the people on here who over the years have made coming on here worth while, those who allowed me years ago to get the Prediction league renamed in honour of a truly great man but above all I'd like to thank the people who have ruined this for us all, you have done exemplary work you should feel proud.'"

Ive never understood these "boo hoo im leaving an internet forum" posts. First of all, you wont leave. You will still lurk and read so you arent actually leaving. Second of all, the salford forums are probably the tamest with regards trolling so if you really find it too difficult to come here, just block the people that annoy you. Its not difficult.

With Toronto being allowed into League 1 and led by our old sparring partners of Rowley and Noble, if we get them as an away cup fixture in next year's cup, we can prove if the world is round or flat. You buy the tickets and we'll check the shape of the world as we fly there.

Pure Ad Hominem only proves your Cognitive Dissonance. Check my signature out. A NASA plane at 317.000 feet shows a Flat Horizon and Zero curvature. So your Toronto-bound plane travelling 10 x Lower is only going to show the same results. Flat Horizons. Matey.
