I didn't see anything dirty from Salford yesterday. Brown shoved his knee in on Griffin and Josh reacted accordingly. Hansen' yellow card was a joke, the momentum of his tackle forced him to twist in the tackle, nothing deliberate about it at all. The same goes for Liam Hoods high tackle, it happens every week in every game, should have been a penalty and nothing more.

The worst decision was the apparent 'shoulder charge' which penalised Tomkins. All the kid did was stand his ground and the Widnes attacker ran into him.

As for the sending off , KB was a late third man into the tackle from the side and he should never have had his leg in there in the first place , Griffin just made an attempt to play the ball. There was some pushing & shoving and handbags ensued .

In the end widnes had a numerical advantage for a quarter of the game and should have made use of this but didn't .game over.

Being a fan of the side that won I re-watched the game (Something you probably haven't done) and the 'concussions' were all due to normal action in the game. Two were the result of head clashes with team members. The few high shots we gave away were nothing malicious just reactionary or poor technique. As were the high shots from Widnes. I don't think there was anything in Hansen twisting an ankle, was just down to momentum and body positions.

Here's a little advice, sometimes other teams are better than you on the day. Blaming everything from perceived dirty play, referees, high shots, plastic pitch, or David Cameron's pig lover just makes you look like a bitter, desperate, cranky cry-baby.
