| This isn't a knee jerk reaction it's on the back of two years of no progression and under achievment.
I've followed this club home and away with passion for over 40 years and it's hurting more than ever after that shambolic display. I could accept it if we weren't at maximum cap but we are. What does this equate to in football terms 7-0? What a joke it's time to give up you're day jobs guys. Don't want to take anything away from Leeds but seriously how can you consider Salford players professional paid sportsmen? It's laughable, I don't care what anybody says we must have some wrong one's in this squad and they need showing the door Tim.
Tonight was totally humiliating and an absolute embarrassment beyond belief. One step forward and three steps back, nothing ever changes we have no spirit, heart or consistency. It hurts but everybody in RL is laughing their tit$ off at us and especially Marwan and Tim Sheen's. It pains me to say but would we be better off starting again in the Championship and getting shut of these mercenaries? No doubt some of the boys will be clubbing it tonight in Manchester drowning their sorrows!
Tonight's performance totally disgraced the club and it's past proud history and heritage. Gus Risman, Colin Dixon and a few other Salford greats would be turning in their graves.
My heart genuinely goes out to every fellow Salford supporter, we deserve a hell of a lot better than this rubbish for the money Koukash has spent on the devilution.
I think it would be an appropiate gesture for the players to refund the supporters for tickets and travel expenses tonight.
Total humiliation tonight for the long suffering supporters of the Salford club. I'm praying Tim Sheen's will eventually sort this $hite out.

| I was at Leeds last night but I paid special attention to what Leeds put into the game. A crowd of 14,000, a massive involvement with sponsorship and community and also because it was armed forces day a full Royal Marines Band and supporting display. The Ground staff were superb and the turnstile I used was fully automated.
everything felt professional and indeed was. The Leeds team out played us in every facet of the game, after the first couple of tries we looked a beaten team, Ill discipline and bad ball control. Leeds sensed a Victory and went for the jugular. We as a Club could learn a lot from Leeds after all they are a top team but have what we don't, consistency. We are still a new club, we are not the club from the Willows anymore but unfortunately we have retained a lot of the bad practice from the old days.
This sounds like a bit of a love affair with Leeds but they are one of the benchmarks we should aspire to. I think that one of the main reasons they are so go good is the pride in the jersey and the fact that the people at the top let the playing and coaching staff get on with their job, winning Rugby matches.

| I agree. Last night we were made to pay for our ill-discipline and mistakes from the first minute. We started the game by losing possession too easily and giving away penalties from which Leeds scored. By the time Adrian Morley was sent to the bin we were 12 -0 down and they scored 18 points, I think, while we were down to 12 men.
The other key factor was that Leeds did everything so well and so quickly. Their passes were fast and direct to the player. They ran onto the ball at speed and moved the ball wide at pace to exploit gaps on our flanks - and it worked too easily!! In contrast too many of our passes are looped affairs with a flat line standing still, usually to a man who is looking to come inside to run into a man near the play the ball area. When we did have the ball there were two or three times after a tackle when we played it before our dummy half was set, so that we had to scramble the ball away as best we could.
It was an embarrassing display all round. There seems to be a great deal of discontent at the moment and I don't claim for a second to know what is going on, though I do hear the rumours, but everyone involved at the club needs to take a good, hard look at themselves if we are to get something out of the season.
I thought these days had gone and were a thing of the past. Though we might not have real quality from 1 to 13 we should have too much talent on the field for performances like last night.
