Perfectly correct EB. At the moment, if Dr K walked he'd get nothing back as all the money injected has gone on running the business and paying off the previous company debt. From the last accounts I think the Cash at Bank figure was just a few thousand!
IFIRC all the money that Wilky put in was done as loans to be repaid to his pension fund which of course never happened.
