We appreciated Sean Long and the current U19's coach has a checked past.
Yet we are sniffy about Goulding, nominated twice for coach of the year at Rochdale and has done a stint as National coach.
I don't think he is right for the job , as I think we need someone with a track record of building a successful Academy structure. but you think there would a role for someone with Gouldjngs enthusiasm..
