On further reading it seems the £10 is a pre order deposit, I can imagine this causing some confusion. False advertising, surely you have to display the full price for the product you are selling? The Advertising Standards Authority wouldn't like this.

Yes the problem is it doesn't advertise the full price of the shirt within the online shop. On further investigation it only mentions the price in a news area section on the main website.
