If you air your views on a public site there is always a chance those views will be reproduced. If those views are reproduced by another fan you would expect a pm at least.
Why is it that articles written by fans always seem to assume everyone thinks the same. How can anyone speak for the majority of fans.
Quote: Jim Jalfrezi "So, people should keep their thoughts and opinions to themselves hey ?
Why ? Is this not a forum for discussion and opinion ?
The poster whom I presume you are supporting/defending (Walshovski) ?, whilst albeit knowledgeable and informed, takes every opportunity available to criticise and belittle.
Perhaps he should learn to let things ride, and not wade in at the first opportunity ?
It's patently clear that certain contributors on here do not like each other and dislike many of each others posts. In itself, that is quite childish, but to constantly correct/disparage and generally bitch is awfully tiresome.
As for calling people "mard s", well that comment fits right in with his apparent agenda & simply underlines the posters aggressiveness, wouldn't you agree ?
Just a thought
BTW ......I certainly ain't no "mard ar5e"
I don't believe I belitte or criticise anyone personally. If I disagree with someone or have an opinion on the issue at hand I'll express it. As you have correctly pointed out this is a forum for discussion and opinion and if you don't agree with something I say please feel free to respond and disagree.
For the record I don't personally dislike anyone on this forum (you'd be pretty sad to dislike someone because of an internet forum). I'm guessing you are referring to my clashes with Michigan Red when you talk about posters disliking many of each others posts. My clashes with him are a result of what I believe is his clogging up of thread after thread with opinions which I believe bare no relation to reality (Super League franchise for Dublin being a recent example). I don't have a personal problem with the guy as I don't know him and it's his right to post these opinions but everyone now and then I feel compelled to respond. I only challenge him on what he has written and I'm struggling to see how that is different to you disliking my posts except you have never bothered to say anything until now.
As for the "mard s" comment that was made in response to a thread which had descended into people slagging me off. I'm not sure how that can be viewed as a sign of agressiveness.
