Reds fullback was good. Opened the Broncos up several times in second half.

There's quite a few Salford fans who think he'll be our dark horse for this season. He's been very good so far, and certainly the best fullback we've had for a while.

I thought Theo Fages had his best game in a Salford shirt, which shows how much a half back is helped by a dominant pack.

For what it's worth, I was also impressed by Mullaney, Johnson, Smith, Lee and Hansen. As a whole the team performed well and seemed to improve as the game progressed. We started to play a more expansive game after our pack had got on top.

I think Lama Tasi is going to be immense for us this season - and may be worth a few bob for 'Man of Steel'.

On watching the highlights it seems young Mr Cunningham - who played well and was the centre of attention from Hock - was the player given the Hansen treatment with a huge hit,within the rules of the game,after the Hock sin-binning.
