The lights appear to be permanent ones but it appears that you are correct over the problems this morning.
I went through them towards Irlam at 16.30 and came back through them on to the M60 at 19.30 and sailed through easily and I might add it feels a lot safer negotiating the roundabout with the traffic signals than it did without them.
The temporary signals on Stadium way have moved from one side of the road to the other.
