I'm not saying unavailable definitely means sold out? But why would nearly all the south stand be not for sale when it's standing? And why only put 40 tickets on sale In the east stand? Dr Koukash wants the ground sold out so why would he not put parts of the ground on sale? Doesn't make sense to me?

THE OPTIMIST....... we can understand why you are named that...if you knew anything about salford and the stadium... you would know that we have sold 1800 seaon tickets.. and hospitality holds 700 plus 144 in boxes (if all sold... which are not yet)is 2600.... how does that make 3500... you are the optimist... you simples?

If that is actually a true reflection of what has been sold it means that there are only 24 home standing tickets left for the season (or for pay on the day) for the 2500 capacity stand. I very much doubt that is the case as there are more than 24 on sale at the moment.

Koukash has said 2500 sold to date.

I have only met Martin Vickers once but I find your comment quite an offensive one
not just about Martin but also about presumably anyone who works for Salford MDC.

If the club secretary did give you that figure then she was wrong as clearly the club have keeping the actual figures close to their chest but if she did give you a figure,for you to mention her name was equally wrong.

One fact that I do know for sure is that our group of six in the West Stand is now thirteen which includes one who has never watched a live game previously and two who gave up for last season but have been talked into coming again due to the good doctor and another four who came on odd occasions but now have season tickets.
