Not a massively regular poster , hence the Craig Stapleton avatar but I've set something up and wanted to put it out on the forum for people to hopefully spread the word about,become involved with and enjoy !

If anyone isn't sure who I am me (Patrick) and my brother instigated the SOS collection at the Swinton Game in Jan and we stand glumly at the very back of the south stand next to the camera rig each home game.

anyways...

I'm starting a weekly Salford Red Devils Independent Fan Podcast to be available each Wednesday from January until the end of our season.

Hoping to have on said podcast a good mix of chat , analysis , build up , interviews etc .

I had a chat with someone from the club today and they backed it and although it will be at arms length from the club as a fans voice they are hopeful that we can record the podcast (with my equipment) at the stadium. This will obviously offer better access to the players and officials for interviews if recorded there.


I NEED A CO - PRESENTER !!! If anyone is interested ...and interesting and available for a couple of hours each Tuesday from 4-6pm to record the podcast then get in touch . There's some very passionate./knowledgeable fans on here and I'm looking for one person to be available to record this each week with me .

In the future guest co-presenters would be great too so anyone interested in a one off role get in touch also.

I've no idea how it will pan out but it's worth a go . just want to keep it light , fun and not a ballache like a lot of voluntary projects can become .
