I changed from being a south stand season ticket holder to west stand for next season but I wanted a south stand ticket for the double header so that I could stand with friends for this game. I specifically asked for the south stand at the time of booking just to make sure they did not allocate one according to their preference.
I don't see why you can't get them to change it though it may be best done in person.

We renewed west stand seats a few weeks back, our tickets came and there also for the east stand that must be our allocation for Salford fans..we did get a phone call asking did we want to sit or stand before they came..

I booked the World Cup game last year when they had the double game offer with the Autumn International Final. I tried to get South Stand then, but the girl on the phone said the system would only let her give me West or East. It may be that offer tickets are restricted in some way, I don't know.
As it was, I went and stood on the South Stand anyway, so it didn't really matter!

According to the ticketing website it's only the East and South Stands being sold for the double-header at the moment, so nobody should expect west stand tickets.

We ordered our season tickets at the Devilution launch day,I have just collected my ticket for the 19th October and they are for the East Stand even though our season tickets are for the West Stand.Not really bothered where we sit on the 19th October though.
The tickets for the USA versus Scotland game are being posted out later.
