With regards to Kennedy I don't know the facts, but, aren't the ownership issues of Edgeley Park and your shared stadium completely different? Didn't Stockport County effectively become tenants in their own home (probably not nice)? Whereas you are both tenants and due to the parlous state of your club pre Koukash you have been forced onto the back foot.
Sale have excercised their legal rights nothing more and can they be blamed for that? You would have done the same if you had the wherewithall at the time of negotiating the deal?'"
