| I'm not claiming Foran is all that but atleast he gives us some direction when he is on the field, better accuracy and speed of passing. No-one is bigging Foran up, claiming he is all that yet people are claiming Theo is. Just my opinion of course. If we had Gaskell and Sneyd in the halves at least we would have kicking ability if nothing else. As someone mention put Gibson in centre (walk through defence also) half back pairing as previously mentioned and have Evalds at full back. Theo and Liam both missing out with Owen and Godwin at hooker.
PS just realized why did you both even bring up Foran and I did not mention him in my previous post? Fear this kid maybe made a scapegoat for the whole 17s effortless performances.

Foran was brought up because you said you would play Foran over Theo, which is madness. I reserved judgement on Theo when everyone was hyping him up when he hadn't actually done anything but as the season has gone he has emerged as our best player (it was Sneyd until recently but he has had a bad month).

Still out of his depth at this stage of his career for me, numerous tries have also been conceding from him missing tackles on his inside shoulder, for me it's recognizable that he is targeted in defence because he is weak and does not have the stature for it. '"
You seem to have an agenda.
[i'Numerous tries have also been conceded from him missing tackles on his inside shoulder' [/i I can only assume you have a fixation with him and eyesight and memory better than one of those trained cameras the television companies use - not to mention a vivid imagination.
The rugby league press give him MoM assessments - supporters of other clubs, watching his performance on television rave about him on forums, yet you have an agenda to find fault, real or imaginary.
As for stature he will stand up to the last MoM against us - Brett Hodgson - the last line of defence for Warrington.
I'm just pleased he has the character, personality and resolve to take whatever Bousquet can throw at him,so your efforts are completely inconsequential.
Cracking show of support,though.

| Theo is 18 years old and in his first season of SL rugby and has done nothing to warrant getting dropped from what, admittely little, I've seen of him. He's always looked capable going forward and isn't one to go hiding if the game is gone.
Foran is mid 20's (?) with 5 sporadic years of NRL experience yet despite being here for the best part of 3 months he still doesnt look anywhere near match fit. If he isn't match fit then it is absolutely scandalous for any professional sportsman. I know he's miles away from home and on his own yadda yadda but to not even get fit to perform the full 80 minutes once a week beggars belief.
I personally think when he's on the field he offers us something but he desperately needs to sharpen up.

| Lokks like Nobby is a fan of Fages.
Taken from the Reds website;
[i"His view is undoubtedly supported by the fact that one of the few standout players, last weekend, was young Theo Fages, whom Brian described as outstanding. "[/i

That can be taken both ways then can't it King of the shed? If people are slating Foran for the appearance at Warrington (can't comment as only 3rd game I missed this season) Noble was impressed with him at the weekend. Also they are not direct quotes just some dribble written but David Clegg in which I find most of his pieces mundane to read

It's a fair assumption that you may be mistaken on your reading of the abilities of certain players. Seeing as nearly everyone in RL is singing his praises. That's opposition fans, coaches, and players. So I'm to disregard their, and my opinion, based on the only person who thinks otherwise? You don't have to be Wayne Bennett to see that. Everyone else sees it except you.
As for putting up a pick of my bio, what was that in aid of? The description under 'occupation' and 'interests' refers to the character who appears in my avatar, from the film Gangs of New York. So, not only do you make yourself look a tool by being the only one who who doesn't rate Theo (Wouldn't have something to do with your agenda with Shirl & the Club would it?) You also try hard and fail at a personal pop that's about as relevant and hurtful as warm cow turd.
You're not the only one laughing.

| Theo is still a kid, and like all kids will make mistakes, take wrong options etc. I am sure if there were any able options he may well have been given a rest, and then brought back in, this is how most clubs treat young players. I respect anyone's opinion if it is given honestly and with no ulterior motive. However, I think I would rather listen to Sean Long, Alan Hunte, Brian Noble and even Terry O'Connor (last evening) who all see something special in young Theo.

I suggest you avail yourself of the stats available for Theo - and Dobson and Chase -and when you then compare and contrast you may change your opinion - unless of course neither Dobson or Chase are Super League standard.
To single out one player while not giving examples of these 'numerous tries' indicates an agenda or personal vendetta.
You should NOT be taken seriously.
