| I payed for last years season ticket by direct debit. After being told it would stop in January a payment was taken in February.
So far I have not had a refund.
Anyone else been affected.

| yes. The club have stated though on the facebook page that any dd's over they will refund. i have cancelled my dd now after 2 over payments and will give them a few weeks to resolve before i hound them if not refunded

| Same here, two overpayments taken, like AR I'm waiting a little longer before getting in touch. Anyone got their official season tickets/cards yet? I'm still using the paper ones.
