On top of losing 20-25k from the missed friendly, SCR now owe LSV 138k. Wow.
I've nothing against the SCR fans, but the club has screwed Leigh over big time and can go to hell for me.

Over reaction - the whole point of the CVA from the Doctors perspective is to pay the creditors 100% in the pound.
Leigh have gone bust 3 times so far leaving a trail of unpaid debt.

Let me get this right. Are you saying the Salford Star could potentially face legal action for ignoring the warning and publicly displaying the details of a CVA document on the web? And if the documents are confidential how did the SS get hold of them? Surely they aren't that stupid to just publish them without knowing what the legal implications could be? |

No idea really.
Just saying.
The Salford Star can do what it wants,as can the person leaking the documents.
They clearly state that they are confidential and publication may be illegal,and I assume therefore a criminal offence.
You decide.

I think it would be in the best interests of Dr Koukash and Ed Farish to meet with the Salford Star editor Stephen Kingston. I believe their crusade against the local council and Peel is indirectly killing our club and arguably our fanbase.
I think Stephen Kingston and his colleagues need to see first hand what our club is doing to support the local community via the foundation. www.reds.co.uk/salford-city-reds-foundation |
