S.Gleeson was our best centre by far last year, even better than Moon.

I don't blame Moon for leaving us when he did atall, along with Holdsworth etc. It's already been said but its a very short career and people have bills to pay so when it looked like we were on the brink of folding and clubs like Hull and Leeds came in for them with secure futures, along with probably better salaries and trophy oportunities they were quite sensible to leave.

On topic i'd have Moon and Ratchford back 100%. If the rumours i'm hearing are anything to go by,Ratchford could be back sooner rather than later.

Whilst I appreciate quality players are few and far between, as a fan I would be a little miffed if we got a new owner who went out and bought players that left the club. Whilst its a good position to be in and one of strength when it comes to cash for transfers I would hate to pay more than we got for a player we sold a few years earlier. I'm looking forward to the new birth of Salford and to have a more competitive league. Get Dr K to get his cash card out soon.
