| Hello Salford Fans
I am a serious RL fan who will be spending a fair bit of time in Manchester this year-where are the best bars/ RL clubs to go along and watch big televised SL games / World Cup fixtures and enjoy a bit of atmos in the Manchester/ Gtr. Manchester area?
All suggestions hugely appreciated. Good luck this season

| Get down to the City of Salford stadium! This year will be the build up towards a top class team! Get on the bandwagon!

| And the stadium bar shows a reply of the Friday night game after our game so you get 2 games in one night which is amazing imo

| I dare say there's not been many replies because Manchester is very short of RL venues.
The Walkabout in town will always have the game on. Unfortunately that is the only place that I know of which is guaranteed to show games. And of course it is the Walkabout which means it is full of stag and hen dos and drunken out of towners looking for a fight.
If there is no football on the White Lion on Liverpool Road will show games if asked, as will the Rising Sun off Deansgate.
The trouble is these days that so many pubs have got hooky foreign satellite TV connections instead of Sky so they don't always get the rugby anyway.
