Would be ideal if their first game was the home tie V Hull KR and if we had Gleeson back by then and any potential other loanees or new signings that would be a winnable game with what would constitute our current best sqaud to work with.

We've been linked with Johnny Molloy, released from Hudds, originally Wigan. Pals with Matty Ashurst and big young back-rower. Could do a lot worse.

Unless it was a 1 year deal or a season loan I wouldn't even consider mediocre players that other clubs don't want. The last thing we need is average players tied up on contracts beyond this year. Personally I'd prefer to see our young lads given some experiance.

Let's take some pain or embarrassment this year if we have to as long as it gives us better options next year.
