From what i can see they were paid for the work they were asked to do, you know when you do a job you are asked to do and you put a price in, well they did more than the brief and the more bit which Salford didn't ask them to do that they want paying for. Maybe they thought that the work needed doing I don't know, but if you asked a bricklayer to build you a wall ten bricks high and he states that it will cost a £1000 he then builds it 15 bricks high and charges you £1500, do you pay the extra or do you dispute it?
