Doom & gloom is human nature and our fan's nature. You only have to look on here to see that. When everything's going smoothly (as smoothly as it can for Salford) this forum is DEAD! - No one has much positive to say about anything. When there's problem's, everyone and his dog is scare mongering.

In our defence, were not stupid, most of us know when someone can only talk the talk, we've experienced enough of that with SM over the last 4 year's to last any supporter a life time. Secondly, were a fragile lot, who now expect the worse.... A shame with such a broad horizon ahead of us but certinaly not a surprise.

Anyway back to the rumour mill and doom & gloom....... has MP returned yet ?

And they only lost 3 out of 7 games too...well worth the money that was.

To be fair two by a point each and the help of a very dubious ref and being a man (not only the captain but best player too) isn't that bad.

A loss is a loss however anyone want's to dress it up.

Rumours that Stuart Howarth is joining you guys. Just released by Wakey.

Three rumours i heard on Saturday:

1. The first SL game at Barton will be v Wolves.

2. The mellenium magic weekend will be the City of Manchester Stadium weekend.

3. The middle name of yesterdays ref is Bruce!

I may have made one of those up!
