Agree entirely with you here. Penalties are most often punished these days with not just two points but very often 4 or 6. We really don't need that stuff.

Please don't try and make Matty Smith a hooker... Our game loses enough good young halve backs as it is this way!

Personally I think smith is better at hooker, less time he has to think the better perhaps long will develop this part of his game but he will need to step a yard nearer our opponents defensive line to make them check then and only then ill consider him a better scrumhalf than hooker.
