Cashmere is going to be a massive loss for us, come next season, but no one is irreplaceable. I'll compare it to when Eric Cantona retired, Man Utd adapted and the work he did got shared around the rest of the team. Boyle and Jewitt have improved this season, too lesser degree so has Sidlow. Hopefully the new coaching regime will have the players better conditioned come the start of next season, and the younger props should be ready to step up.
If McPherson has been signed to play second row, a Wild, Anderson and McPherson backrow has some size to it. However, we are looking a little light on props, especially if Cashmere and Feka leave. Unless we need to free space on the salary cap I'd be saying to Feka, "If you want to keep your job, you spend the entire off season in England, having your weight fitness monitored very closely!!!!"
