Was it, do some reading up old boy, 1967 the old game went bust and NBC re-invented it to what it is today a 60 minute effort that takes 4 hours because of all the TV advertising, but then again lets not let the facts get in the way of the most tedious theatrical productions of all time.

Surely a similar thing could be said about most sports, including football/Sky? It wouldn't be anywhere near what it is today without tv.

I'm not going to go into it because this has gone completely off topic, but it's your opinion that it's tedious. The Super Bowl is one of the most watched televised events in the world and these days I'd much rather sit and watch a game of american football for three hours than spending 20 quid to watch a 90 minute boreathon at Boundary Park.

Parish has said all the right things from what I've read / watched / been told, but for me he has a year to show what he can actually [ido[/i. It's easy to play the tough guy or make some smart comments, but if Harrison couldn't change our club culture with brute force then I think Parish has a big task.
