Good luck Salford fans. Mr Parish isn't held in high regard by the players he has coached previously. It's true he does have friends in high places who are happy to recommend him. I hope he does well but I really have my doubts. I predict short term success but in 12 months time you will be shaking your head.

Stef is much too nice a lad to be compared to that cretin! Parish hasn't quite pulled the same "run my best player(s) out of town to show the team who's boss" act that McD did.

Parish has said all the right things from what I've read / watched / been told, but for me he has a year to show what he can actually [ido[/i. It's easy to play the tough guy or make some smart comments, but if Harrison couldn't change our club culture with brute force then I think Parish has a big task.
