I think Adamson has allot to offer and has shown allot of class and finesse in attack just not recently. I've said it before and I'll say it again. How can he improve in attack when last year we made a 1100 more tackles than the the top team? Especially when he's been ranked in our top 2 tacklers for thr last 2 of the last 3 seasons we've been in SL?

And to add insult to injury Someone had the audacity to question his effort and work rate in another thread?!?!?! Have thee gone mad?

Considering his mentor I think he's done well to progress to the level he has with the determination and commitment he has!

Never ducks out of a tackle
Always tracks back
Always makes the 10 (maybe a little to hohnest IMO)
Always looks to apply pressure to the kicker
And most of all, the most professional in his work ethic at the club.

Once he we have a good mentor in place to bring the best out of him and the likes of Adam Sidlow like Karl Harrison did then I'm confident we'll see more from him in the way of attack. Considering our loss in Swain and Alker I'm happy with the robust athletic committed commanding attentive, ever present Mr Adamson.

To be honest they do not receive great coaching FACT! However Sidlow is to soft for a man of his size he runs the ball in half heartedly i can not believe he got a new deal?????. As for Adamson his hands are not good enough for him to kick on to the next level, also he lacks explosiveness, yes he's a great work horse but only a squad player for me if we are wanting to break in to the top 8!

Your way off the mark. I've made a special effort on focusing on our home grown talent. I attend every game, and can safely say Adamson has the skills whether they be hand or other to develop and progress. Your missing the point. This guy has worked the hardest. Fact. But he's in a team that has not performed in SL. a team which has defended and had less of the ball than any other team in 3 seasons in SL.

I've seen a few magic moments from the lad and theyve been special.
His break at MM against Warrington in 2007 collecting short kick off. Ending in a try.
His try against Warrington. Winning the game. There's more but point being the lad has what it takes but as has been pointed out he's not progressed in attack because we've had a clueless coach who hasn't coached him on his game. SM can barely get a game plan together let alone nurture our young talent. Only time will tell but he isn't going anywhere and his commitment is legendary. I just hope someone else returns rather than SM to take charge of the likes of Adamson.
