Looking for some feedback guys. Is our coach the first professional coach to go off sick with 'stress', just wandering as i have put this in google and cant see any other professional coaches that have done this???

Also the reports i have read have not stated he his off with stress anyone shed any light on this ?

I think there's some reading between the lines going on with regard to the diagnosis. Certainly fits with how he appeared to be in the post match interviews after Saints and Wakefield

It's like the old saying..If you fall off your horse.. pick yourself up, dust yourself down and get back on the saddle and take the reins.

Even the most experienced riders can fall off!.

They most definitely can. The only thing with the horse analogy is that sometimes the rider is damaged from the fall and needs time out to recover.

Exactly that is what I meant by picking himself up and dusting himself down. The horse isn't going anywhere is it?

Where do any reports say the illness is stress? That's just pure conjecture, the fact is we just don't know (and have no right to know) what is on that sick note.

He's old, overweight, out of shape, probably has a bad diet and in a stressful job. I'm surprised he's not had a heart attack by now. It's no wonder he's off on a sickie

To put it bluntly

If he's not fit for the next month he should be relieved of his duties full stop. Don't want it derailing the season. As someone mentioned earlier never heard of anything similar in sport.

And more importantly , has he not just had 3 or 4 months anyway

And how are you qualified to comment on physiological issues like those listed above? Oh, wait a minute... Ha.
