'Training the house down' usually preceeds a good tonking whenever it's been used by our coaches in the past. Let's hope you're right icon_razz.gifRAY:

Not sure what kind of game people were expecting from two of the poorest teams in the competition. It wasent the worse game i have seen at the Willows and yes the skill levels on show were not the highest. However as Bartonflyer suggests we have beaten one of the teams around us at last. Also agree that Bentham had a decent game. there will always be poor decisions in games but i thought he was ok. Highlight of the game was Fitzs tackle on Dorn. I think it probably ensured we won the game, if Quins had got in front i would have backed them to have held on. All in all a satisfying if uninspiring win will do me fine and dandy. eusa_clap.gif

Same here.

Onto next week, wonder if Wigan will still be feeling the effects of a Sunday night game in France by the time Friday comes round? icon_wink.gif

The attendances are really worrying. There are alot of armchair supporters at the moment. Thousands of them who need to be enticed back to the willows again. Im pretty sure a new staduim will get them back. The positive is that the people who do go do us proud. Take the Saints game last game for eg, only a handful of us but sung to the death, we put the big clubs to shame in that department

It disappointed me the other week against Cas as this game was played on a lovely Sunny Sunday afternoon! Is this also the price we pay for no relegation?

I am not sure of the actual attendance against Harlequins but I am sure I read it to be around 2600, at this rate we will be begging Sale to join us in the new stadium!

I`ll take any kind of win scruffy or otherwise.
As for the low attendances , inconistant performances on the pitch pretty much answers the lack of numbers through the turnstiles.
