Does the player concerned get a share of the transfer fee? If so, does that count towards the salary cap limit?

Is it like in Football where I think you get 10% as long as you didn't actually request the transfer?

Clearly with £275 grand in the kitty, we're in a position to make offers to other clubs for proven ability players, but the issue we'll have, I suspect is the on-going salary.
