oooh. we're on sky at home. again. what a change.
can anyone remember the last time we we're on sky in super league away from home? (smart s dont answer murrayfield)

it seems like they put us on to make the numbers up usually but here it actually means something (though not for us), unbelieveable!

I think Harlequins away in 2007 near the beginning of the season was the last time wasn't it when we drew after Hodgson missed the easy conversion.

We do seem to get shown pretty much only at home, possibly because our away records in the past at certain clubs has been so bad.

I watched last night and was reminded of how well we have done Leeds have only lost twice at home all season and up until last night Saints had only lost two away from home all season and only one club figured in both equations X = Salford.




Now how funny if we p155 on Leeds chips by beating them 30 - nil and Saints win by 40 at home.

if it will be on sky i think they may change it to a saturday then.I hope we do leeds because i cant stand them already and for them to lift the shield at are place will be bad enough!

You've done it before, you can do it again. It would be good if you did. It wouldn't mean the hubcap to us, though, unless you beat them by one hell of a margin because there is no way we are going to beat Catalans by about 60 points!!! That Saints has well gone.

It's definitely friday

Manchester Radio have just stated that the Salford City Reds v Leeds Rhinos game is being shown Live on SKY Sports next Friday 11/9/09 KO: 8pm.

it better stay as friday cant go if its moved to saturday..

Going to have to try and find a pub in Eastbourne that will have the game on and then off to a gallery opening in Brighton, from the sublime to the bleeding rediculous in one fell swoop.

and what a game that was!!!! ha even though we only got a draw i remember nearly all the salford fans we were with there were still celebrating like we won! ha

I think sky have messed up on this one, looking at the league table, Cats away at Saints and Bradford away at Hull has much more importance and compelling viewing than our fixture. Sky could just have had a camera and a broadcaster at our gaf showing leeds pick up the hubcap at the end of the game. Either way I'll be at the willows
