The truth is I don't know McRae the man or McRae the coach: I've never spoken to him.

I wouldn't want to be judge, jury and executioner on the guy, I just don't know enough to be able to judge.

I thought the comments on our forum form a couple of the Hull FC guys were interesting. They appear to be experiencing some the same things with their current coach and comparing him to McRae's time at Hull.

I remember seeing McRae at the last game before he returned to Australia (originally for a bereavement I think), The FC fans brought a tear to his eye.

It' a difficult position for all at the club. I would like to think that there is a way forward for the club without the coaching merry-go-round and media attention.

I try NOT to get too carried away with things on here because ultimately this is why forums exist.

I agree, your aways stronger together as a team than you are on your own, dont try and be a hero and come out of the arm wrestle.

It has been statistically shown that sacking a coach/manager is only the 4th or 5th best way to stop a series of defeats. Strangely, luck has so much importance in sport, the best way is to sit it out until it is obvious that the coach/manager is at fault. We are not having that series of defeats.

I wish to suggest that some of this rant is because several fans did not want Bomber when Rhino went. This has soured many judgements.

Saying a coach has lost the dressing room is a cliche.
There are always those,out of the team,who contribute to the rumours.
You can generally spot it when it happens,rather than hear it by rumour.
Harrisons last match was at Catalan.He knew ,and everybody else did ,that day, that he had lost them.You just needed to look at him.
Its not like that with Bomber so lets just support him and the team
