I understand the sentiment but like I said, the money hasn't been destroyed it has just changed hands. The only fair way to value something is to see what someone is prepared to pay for it.

That's true stew but I cannot accept that the money spent in football is anything other than obscene. The people in charge of the game and the clubs should take a long hard look at themselves!!!!
