Come on, think about it, Myler is a possible, but he is also being bandied about in the same sentence as Williams and Gasnier. Can anybody seriously see them returning to RL whilst they are under contract and hefty ones at that in RU?

Its Ironic that Offiah who would not have made it in Super League as you can not carry a passenger as a Full Time Wigan did is now trying to mess up the Franchise system which was created to create a level playing field by his actions with Myler and blackmailing Salford.

As I've already said, Offiah is doing exactly the same as any other agent would be doing if they were in his position. Inevitably as a legendary ex-player often appearing across the various media we hear more about him whenever there is speculation about a new contract. Offiah has gone down in my estimation after all that's gone on though - the way he's conducted himself has been pretty unprofessional with some of his comments in the media - Myler's hype alone is enough for him to command either a massively improved contract from us or a big move to another club without him coming out and saying in the media that he wants a "king's ransom" and that he should be Salford's highest paid player in the history of the club.

I'm glad that the story actually gives us some indication about what is going on - with people saying that him going was a done deal and not much noise coming from the club regarding talks I was beginning to suspect some of the rumours might already be true. I still suspect we'll lose him to one of the vultures though.

Probably. He's been average this season imo.
