I will give credit where its due though and I had to visit the Lowry several times when it was being fitted out. I was very impressed with the Quays area and have always been surprised that it doesn't seem to get publicised more.

I'm a sucker for punishment.

Paterson was great with the ball in his hands for us but he's a very lazy defender though, often just flicking a hand out as players ran past him.
personally im glad Rovers didn't try to bring him back because id have questioned whether his heart was really in rugby anymore, what with him retiring to take up boxing so recently.
you look to have a good bit of depth this year though so even if he doesn't work out it shouldn't be too big a loss.
