I'm making my first visit to Elland Road on Sunday for the game, can anyone recommend the best places to park? I have heard that there are a number of large car parks around the stadium.

Take your pick from Wakey, Cas or Bradford.

i used to live near the stadium and yes there are several stadium car parks, but these can be a bit of a nightmare to get away from afterwards. if i was going by car i would arrive early and try to street park off old lane at the top of wesley street (look on google maps). barkly road used to be a good one. then its about a 10 to 15 min walk down wesley street to the stadium. the area around the stadium is permit only on match days.

there is a good carpark just before the new Police station immediately after the railway bridge, which opens the rear entrance after the game so less traffic.

Correct. Always like to get train in myself. Was a joke getting on the coach back to the station after the game though.

No it's not a park n ride it's about had a mile from stadium, private car park on machdays used it for the two leefs games at Elland road earlier in season, much quicker to get out than main stadium car parks.

Park on a58 Whitehall road near Dragon pub. There is a ginnel you can cut through on the opposite side of the road to the pub a bit further down. Only a short walk to elland road.
